He laughs every time his mother makes his father blush which is often.
Angry:
Once his mother’s face darkened, and he trembled. He thinks sometimes she’s still scared of it happening again.
Awakened:
There are times the air seems to whisper his name but he’s not sure how.
Bored:
He doesn’t like reading, but only tells his mother why. His father thinks he’s spoiled.
Calm:
He likes how Avalon feels; like warmth and steadiness.
Cheerful:
He likes how Andrew makes him laugh.
Confused:
Sometimes he wants to ask about Jet’s mom, but he doesn’t think his father will talk about it.
Disappointed:
He doesn’t tell his father how hard it is to read sometimes when the letters get all mixed up.
Ecstatic:
He’s gotten used to the way the Scoobies hold him up and act like he’s made of gold.
Embarrassed:
He wishes Andrew will stop calling him Episode 4: A New Hope.

They don’t go often but Faneuil Hall still has the best lobster.

He likes nights they’re all on the bed watching Doctor Who.

Neither parent like it but they think the other does.

They go somewhere- his parents do, sometimes when they look away, and Lehane wonders where.

He likes the tricks Uncle Ethan taught him the best.

It’s his mother’s heartbeat, not her Slaying, that stops the monsters.

There’s a ring in his father’s desk for a question he’s never asked his mother.

They’re happy as they are.

But he wonders if his father’s afraid of the answer.
